Andre's canard sauvage au Grand Marnier

Combine the following ingredients for the basting sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1 clove of garlic crushed
3 tbsps of soya sauce
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/2 tsp ginger

Procedure

Place a few sprigs of fresh rosemary on the wild duck breast. BBQ over low heat 45-60 minutes until done. Baste with the sauce every 7 minutes.
