Fillier's World Famous Seafood Chowder

  • 2 cans of Campbell's chicken broth
  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 package pre-sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can of baby clams or oysters
  • fresh scallops and diced salmon
  • 1 package of Knorr leek soup mix
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small carton of blend cream
Directions:
  • Dice potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cook in chicken broth until tender. Add water if necessary to cover.
  • Add mushrooms.
  • Add can of baby clams with juice.
  • Add leek soup mix and seafood.
  • Simmer until seafood is done.
  • Add blend cream and pepper a few minutes before serving.
