Fillier's World Famous Seafood Chowder
- 2 cans of Campbell's chicken broth
- 6 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 package pre-sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can of baby clams or oysters
- fresh scallops and diced salmon
- 1 package of Knorr leek soup mix
- pepper to taste
- 1 small carton of blend cream
- Dice potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cook in chicken
broth until tender. Add water if necessary to cover.
- Add mushrooms.
- Add can of baby clams with juice.
- Add leek soup mix and seafood.
- Simmer until seafood is done.
- Add blend cream and pepper a few minutes before serving.
