Warm olives

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add the zest from 1 lemon
  • Add 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • Add 1 rosemary sprig
  • Cook until the garlic just starts to brown
  • Turn off the heat. Leave pan on burner. Add 1 pound of mixed olives (with pits). Cover pan.
  • Serve when olives are warm.
